Kootenai

  • With the changing of the seasons we thought it'd be a great time to brew our yearly American Brown Ale. This year we've opted to use the hop blend of Idaho 7, Centennial & Simcoe. We think that the Earthy, Pine heavy, resinous flavour compounds contained within these varieties perfectly accompany the gentle roasted malt characters of a Brown Ale.

  • Our core range Oatmeal Stout.

  • Big Chocolate and Coffee flavours with background vanilla and tobacco notes.

Wilful Beer - Tetra - Triple Dry Hopped West Coast IPA - Pump Clip

TETRA

  • Hopped to oblivion with Mosaic T90, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo & Citra Dynaboost hops. This beer pours a crystal clear pale yellow colour.

  • Flavours of tropical fruit, citrus, gooseberry & pine flavours. Dry & bitter to keep you coming back for one more sip.
