For this brew we've utilised 3 of the finest hop varieties from North America, Oceania & Europe. Citra, Nelson Sauvin & Harlequin combine in this Wilful Style (Dry & Bitter) Hazy Pale ale to produce flavours of Mango, White Wine/Gooseberry and English Hedgerow fruits. We're particularly happy how the Harlequin comes through in this beer, providing some non-tropical depth and bite to the beer.
Hops: Barth Haas Flex, Citra Cryo, Harlequin T90, Nelson Sauvin T90
Malts: Super Pale, Simpsons Malted Rye, Chit Malt
Yeast: Expressive English Strain

Riwaka & Motueka hops combine in this lean, crisp pilsner to provide flavours of lemon & lime zest. We've slightly upped the bitterness compared to last year, and tweaked the ratio of hops so that Motueka is favoured over Riwaka 60-40% respectively. We think this gives the beer a little more attitude this time around, as well as dialing down the Riwaka craziness and upping the lime zest quality provided by Motueka.

Our completely over the top once a year birthday beer returns! Hopped well in theoretical excess of 30g/l, this beer is one we dearly look forward to brewing every year. All of the most potent hop varieties we can get our hands on are utilised in every form possible. We feel this results in an ultra modern explosive beer, which isn't obnoxious to drink as a result of using silly amounts of traditional T90 hops. This ultra low colour, green hop hued beer should exhibit massive flavours of Mango Sorbet, Jungle Dank & Crushed Gooseberry.
