  • Our uber crisp, crystal clear German Pilsner utilises Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina & Melon hops. These modern German hops provide subtle flavours of Melon, Mandarin and Grape. The beer is highly attenuated which produces a dry, bitter, more-ish drinking experience.

    Hops : Magnum T90, Mandarina Bavaria T90, Huell Melon T90, Halltertau Blanc T90

    Malts : Super Pale, Chit Malt

    Yeast : Neutral Lager Strain

    Water : Elevated Sulfate

  • If Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops represent the holy trinity of hops in terms of popularity, then what are 3 varieties that don't? We brewed this IPA using Hopsteiner's Sultana & Alora hops, as well as Australia's finest...Galaxy! We wanted this beer to taste wildly different when compared to others in this overcrowded category, and it certainly does.

    Massive Pineapple & Passionfruit aromas dominate, backed up by some welcome gentle aniseed, likely from the Galaxy. As usual with all of our hazy beers, we've kept bitterness levels elevated and kept the beer dry, all in the quest of aiding repeatability.

    Hops : Barth Haas Flex, Sultana T90, Alora T90, Galaxy QB

    Malts : Super Pale, Chit, Dextrose

    Yeast : Expressive English Strain

    Water : Elevated Sulfate

Sabro?!

4% Dry Hopped Stout

  • This Dry Stout is lightly to moderately dry hopped with the often divisive Sabro hop variety. The result is a refreshing super crushable lightly fruity Dry Stout, perfect for drinking in the warmer months.

    Hops : Magnum T90, Sabro T90

    Malts : Super Pale, Flaked Oats, Dark Crystal Malt, Chocolate Malt, Black Malt, Carafa Special Type III

    Yeast : Neutral House Strain

    Water : Elevated Chloride
